Pender Harbour Music Society Concert
I'll be joined by my longtime music collaborators, Christine Traxler, and Eli Weinberger for an afternoon of sharing the riches of Gaelic music.
Past Events
I will be appearing as part of the Highland Fling Showcase on the Northwest Court Stage with friends Oran nan Car, Crònan, and Calum MacKinnon. Free!
I'll be performing with my co-Director, Penny McLeod DeGraff and the members of Seirm at our annual concert.
I'll be performing selections from Baile Àrd with members of the Vancouver and District Gaelic Choir under the direction of Dubravko Pajalic. Some original cast members may also make an appearance! To whom it may concern: I am not being compensated for this performance. I will not be selling CDs.
My debut solo CD release concert will feature traditional and original songs in Scottish Gaelic, traditional dance tunes and more. I will be joined by Christine Traxler on fiddle, Colin Isler on cello, Tom Fallat on all manner of drums, and the Hug Hoirean O Glee Club. Seumas' special guest artist will be Irish harper Marta Cook, winner of the 2001 All Ireland Fleadh Ceòil. In 2008 she recorded for Sony Classical with Yo-Yo Ma and Natalie MacMaster, a project which won two 2010 Grammy Awards. Ticket options include a combination concert ticket and CD pre-sale. Just show your ticket stub at the CD sales table. Get them over at Brown Paper Tickets.com

Seumas appears with the Vancouver and District Gaelic Choir for their Christmas concert.
Alys and I will be doing a set together at the World Harp Congress. In a very strange move, it doesn't appear to be open to the public.
My first invitation to teach at this prestigious event. I'll have to see what I can do about their lack of Gaelic classes!
I'll be appearing with Seirm at Folklife. We got a killer time slot this year in the Center House downstairs in the theatre. Should be fabulous.
